happy happy halloween!

I am Mama to one of the dorkiest kids I know. Silly, goofy, unpredictable, and wildly entertaining. So it was no surprise that when I asked him what he wanted to be for his only Halloween as a 4 year old, he chose a soap dispenser.

Yep.

A soap dispenser.

I'm not going to lie, I presented many more ideas to him. Awesome ideas. Totally kickass homemade unique costumes. But nope. A soap dispenser was set deep down in his soul and he wasn't budging. He asked for a functional pump that blew bubbles out. He has far too much faith in me.

He started pointing out his favorite soap dispensers in the store. "Yeah, like that one right there!" He was far too excited to be.....soap.

So, here it is. A creation of a 4 year old's imagination and a mama's love.

annnnnnnnnd..... a bunch of hot glue, some strange supplies, and numerous fights with the sewing machine.

...and just for fun, here are some throwbacks. The costumes of Halloween past.

Happy Halloween everybody! Enjoy your night and stay safe!
